Burberry Purses - Handbags - Bags 

The history of Burberry purses stems back to the mid-1800s. At the age of 21, a young man by the name of Thomas Burberry opened a store in Britain that sold outdoor clothing. The store did well, but the successful future of the company was locked when Burberry invented a type of fabric that was completely water-resistant. Over time, the company went from being extremely popular and desired to a less-popular brand as the styles being produced began to be viewed as old-fashioned. However, just before the turn of the 21st Century, Burberry launched a new line of handbags, which took the world by storm. The success of Burberry Purses is partially responsible for the revitalization of the Burberry brand.
